Slowness
I recently heard Carl Honore speak on the topic of Slowness. It’s an increasingly important quality in an increasingly connected, sped-up world. Drum Class was a Smash
For those that came to the drum class, thank you. The energy was absolutely electric. It was an amazing way to celebrate a birthday. We’ll definitely have another drum class at our studio and will make an announcement when that happens.

New Classes !
We’ve added classes at 10 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To help communicate this, we have our traditional calendar on our homepage.
